Bruce Springsteen and Foo Fighters in Inauguration Special Biden

Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters and John Legend join the line-up for the special, which will be aired around the inauguration of future president Joe Biden.

The artists, who have already openly spoken out for Biden during the elections, will take the stage.

According to various American media, Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake, Ant Clemons and Jon Bon Jovi also perform. Previously, performances by Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez during the inauguration itself were already announced.

Stefani Germanotta, as Lady Gaga is called, will perform the national anthem The Star-Spangled Banner.

Inviting an artist seems to be easier for Biden than his predecessor and current President Donald Trump. Four years ago, he had difficulty finding artists who were willing to perform a song during his inauguration. Ultimately, Lee Greenwood, Toby Keith, and 3 Doors Down, among others, were willing to perform.

The usual ceremonies on January 20 have been primarily cancelled. It will mainly be an event on the internet for fear of the coronavirus. For example, “a virtual parade” is shown. It is expected to start at 5.30 p.m. Dutch time.
