The corona vaccine from the American pharmaceutical company Pfizer and the German biotechnologist BioNTech has been approved for use in the United Kingdom.
The vaccine should be available from next week.
The UK government agreed to a recommendation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to approve and start using the vaccine.
