End of Season for PSG Striker Neymar

Neymar is unlikely to play for Paris Saint-Germain this season. The Brazilian attacker has to undergo ankle surgery, and the top French club thinks it will take three to four months before Neymar (31) can rejoin group training.

According to PSG, after the last sprain of the ankle, on February 20, the medical staff advised proceeding with surgery. That operation will be performed later this week in Doha.

Paris Saint-Germain will face Bayern Munich in the round of 16 of the Champions League. Although the home game was lost 1-0, the return is in Germany on Wednesday.

The club from Paris is heading for the national title. The lead on Olympique Marseille is 8 points.
