Although Kanye West’s first attempt to become president has failed, the rapper seems to want to try again in four years.
He announced this via a message on Twitter, in which he wrote ‘KANYE 2024’.
West had also applied this year, but only received 60,000 votes and therefore decided to throw in the towel on Tuesday evening.
The reason he received few votes was partly that he had registered far too late to participate and was therefore no longer on the official electoral lists in many states.
Kanye didn’t feel like talking about his loss. He was supposed to be present on the talk show of Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday evening, but he said that the rapper had cancelled.
