Widow Apple Founder Sets Aside Billions for Climate

The climate foundation is called Waverley Street Foundation. The money will be assigned over a period of ten years and will go to climate initiatives related to transport, housing, food safety and healthcare.

Powell Jobs also has an organization active in areas such as education, immigration, and social justice called Emerson Collective.

Her net worth is projected at more than $20 billion. She inherited that money after the death of Steve Jobs in 2011.
